Consider the possibility of re-opening with a combined school of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

To provide facilities for training in the United Kingdom for Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.

United Kingdom to complete their course.

b) Mochanicals - possibly two years in the Hong Kong Univer-

There was also a question about the standard of Engineering teaching in Chinese Universitics. Not good.
